Area Business Developer
Responsibilities include:
As an Area Business Developer, you will be responsible for local sales in your protected territory. Rely's Area Business Developers provide customer service and marketing to their clients. Our Business Developers help their clients select and configure their Rely POS system.
Our opportunities are local market sales positions. Each Rely Business Developer builds and maintains client relationships. Our Business Developers are Independent Contractors. Compensation is straight commission.

- 5+ years restaurant industry related
- Strong knowledge of your local market

Compensation:
You will earn commission on hardware sold and ongoing commissions each month on subscriptions sold.
Technical Support
Responsibilities include:
Answering support calls from existing customers and assisting them with the installation and setup of Rely POS . Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems. Respond to customer's networking issues. Resolve client issues in a positive and effective manner. Support the QA process for new and ongoing product development. Review and update product documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in enterprise software support
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP server applications
- Must have general understanding of operation systems such as Windows XP, .Net 2.0, OPOS & LDN's, Printer Drivers, Setting Static IP's
- POS (Point-of-Sale), restaurant industry experience a positive
- Extraordinary customer service skills with the ability to go beyond the client's expectations
- Ability to quickly learn new software and applications
- Must be able to communicate in a clear and professional manner during telephone calls and email
- Excellent problem solving ability
